Description
The Prosecco tasting and tour of the Palladian Villas combines the deeply-rooted wine culture of this famous wine region with its treasured art and history. The tour is a mix of unforgettable Villas such as Villa Emo and Villa Barbaro Maser and the unique character of Asolo Prosecco wines DOCG.
In the morning we will visit Villa Emo conceived by Andrea Palladio the most prominent architect of the 16th century. With its simplicity of style you will be impressed by a rich tapestry of colours, textures and perspectives with frescoes painted directly onto the walls of the villa representing seasons.
The tour will continue with the tasting in a selected winery sipping four different types of prosecco enjoying a light lunch made of tasty plates of typical local cheese and salami (flexible for veg and veg).
In the afternoon we can visit Villa Barbaro Maser conceived around 1550 by architect Andrea Palladio worldwide known for the elegance of its proportions, its harmony with the surrounding natural setting and the beautiful paintings by Paolo Veronese.
Fee entrance to the Villas are included. The tour is available from 15th of April.
