Prosecco hills: 2-hour artisanal gelato and pizza workshop
Discover in a beautiful location (Agriturismo) right in the heart of the prosecco wine
district (DOCG) the secrets and techniques of these quintessential Italian specialities with
a local chef who will teach you all the secrets for making really great tasting traditional
Italian ice cream called gelato.
The morning will begin with a gelato making course where you will learn what makes
artisanal gelato so special. After a short description about the differences between
artisanal gelato and ice cream, then you will enter in the laboratory and you will see how
gelato is made.
Then you will make your own pizza along with your dedicated chef, choosing your own
gourmet toppings. You will take care of your pizza and let rise it baking your own
creation in a wood-burning oven.
At the end of the morning you will sit down to lunch all together to taste the pizza that
you have prepared, sampling your gelato for dessert.
Your lunch will be paired with quality Italian wines
